Ripples

While taking this shot of the Riga Radio tower, the tallest structure in the EU, as I floated gently down the Daugava river in a boat over 100 years old; I suddenly realised that I in fact had no idea how to get the film safely out of my WW2 era camera, and thus how to develop the picture and ever get to see it. Fortunately, after about 45 minutes of panic, I was able to work it out and save my shots, and when I saw this frame glistening on the film negative, it brought me straight back to the peace of that moment before the panic.
